At Oasis Med Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More in Advance:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. In this case, any deposit paid will be fully refunded or applied to your rescheduled service.
2. Cancellations or No-Shows Within 24 Hours:
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged.
This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer timely services to all clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
