Carlos Sanchez is a highly experienced Holistic Therapist with over 25 years of dedication to the healing arts. His journey began in 1995, driven by a deep passion for helping the body heal naturally. In 2000, he expanded his practice into massage therapy and has since advanced his expertise to become both a Master Reflexologist and a Medical Massage Practitioner.

Throughout his career, Carlos has had the privilege of working with professional athletes, elite performers, and high-profile clients who rely on his skill to support recovery, performance, and overall wellness. His extensive client list includes the Sultanes Baseball Team of Monterrey, Mexico, Jose Maiz (Pepe), and members of the Texas Rangers Baseball Team (2005–2008), including Michael Young, Chris Young, Andres Torres, Pedro Astacio, and Edinson Volquez, as well as other MLB players such as Luis Ayala. Carlos has also worked closely with respected coaches including Orel Hershiser, Mark Connor, Rudy Jaramillo, and Buck Showalter.

In addition, his expertise extends to professional boxing, where he has supported athletes such as Alex Clarkston and Manuel Rojas.
